    I had bought this table a few months ago and then bought another to match it in my living room. Although I had a little difficulty assembling the first table I received, the second table was a major headache. The screws and dowels are nicely packaged and the directions are pretty straight forward. There are a whole lot of pieces to assemble so if your unfamiliar with assembling furniture this might be a little intimidating. I have assembled a lot of furniture in my time and consider myself to be somewhat of a pro at this kind of thing. The issue came with the predrilled screw holes not aligning properly and subsequently when the screw went in the wood it was not straight and splintered the wood. This happened in a few places but luckily they were inside of the drawer so they will not be visible. It's disconcerting that a new piece of furniture would have these kind of defects but at least it wont be visible. The table is very nice looking though.
