I love the lamp. It is perfect for reading with 3 brightness levels. The gooseneck allows to move it into the perfect position. It is small enough that it does not take up much space and does not distract from the other furnishings.

I purchased this lamp in January. It's February 8th. Today it stopped working. No particular reason. Nothing happened to it, just *stopped*. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money, but a lamp that will last.

My lamp arrive quickly and I wasn't disappointed. The light from it is great at all settings. For reading it is perfect. It went together easily but not exactly as the pictures indicated for locking two cords together. The base is heavy and won't tip easily.

This is a #1 performer it is great for reading in my tv room without disturbing my wife when she is watching TV.

I have this light beside my sofa. This is just what I needed. It dims to a night light at night and adjusts to the brighter light needed to do paperwork. The adjustable neck lets you have light high or low as you need it. It was just what I needed.

Love it. Nice and bright. Stands any way you want it to. Love dimmer switch. Awesome.

The floor lamp is very bright at the higher settings. It serves well where we needed it. The only problem is that the on/off & brightness adjustment switch is difficult to find without almost looking directly into the light.

Lamp works great. An off switch would keep from going thru all the brightness settings to turn it off. The flex head takes 2 hands to adjust---easier to turn whole lamp base and all.

Gives great light for doing projects

I love this floor lamp! The base is very heavy so it won't easily tip, and the light is excellent for reading. It is nice looking, too!

I returned the floor lamp because too much of it was plastic. I ordered this lamp to be in a corner of the room where it would stay on for about 6 hours each day and I wasn't too sure about the plastic material withstanding that type of heat.

My husband and I love these lamps! The height and profile is perfect with our new reclining chairs. I have had eye surgery and need all the light I can get. I can now read comfortably for the first time in over a year with the highest light setting. Meanwhile my husband prefers the setting just below maximum. It is so easy to adjust the brightness of the light and the angle for viewing. One light did mysteriously turn on by itself a couple of times (as was mentioned in another review), but those both occured in the first week; no problem since then. Putting the lights together did take some time, and would have been easier with two people, but certainly wasn't a deal breaker. I'm still not sure if the LED light is replaceable or not, but we get a very bright, nicely directed beam for only 17 watts. We couldn't be happier, although other color choices would be nice.

Wonderful lamp, I am sorry I didn't buy 2 or 3 while they were on sale. I live in an apartment that has very little light. No overhead lights and even with lamps in the room it was still dark. Since I bought this lamp the only setting I had it on after trying them all out is the dimmer setting and I have 5 times more light in my room. As far as putting it together I can't answer that. I asked a neighbor if he would put it together, in fact ran down to the store. When I got back which was in about 5 minutes it was put together. He said it took him 2 minutes to put together. If I had one small complaint the switch is flat and you have to push it in. I have Arthritis in my hands. While I playing around to see the different light settings, my thumb began to hurt. In fact by the 3rd time I thought it was broken. It wasn't just wasn't pushing hard enough. Just because of this if I could have would have given it 4 1/2 stars instead of 5, however I didn't think it deserved a 4 either. Also like the fact that neck of lamp can be turned. I read one review where someone said they knew it was 5 feet and wished it was a bit taller. I must say I agree, however with the neck being flexible you can push it up higher. I am over the moon about the light though that this gives off. I have it next to my computer and even with a desk lamp on it I could barely see anything. This is wonderful. I also like that it is I feel sturdy but not that heavy so I can move it to another room when I need more light. I got this on flash deal and have myself on list if it goes down in price, or about to go out of stock. But even at regular price I am happier with this floor lamp that I have paid more for. If you are looking for a floor lamp for decorating a room this lamp might not be the best choice. However if you looking for lamp that gives off great light this is a winner. One other thing I like about it is it doesn't seem to give off much heat which is nice because right now it's very hot where I live. If this goes back on sale I will get 1 or 2 more of them. One thing I have said in other reviews if you have never shopped at Great Offer Stock they have the best Customer Service Reps here. If something isn't right they will fix it with no hassle, I wish all places online had the CS that Great Offer Stock has.

Easy to move around. Looks good, great price. The only problem was figuring out the on/off/dimmer switch. It was probably me. I have it most of the time now.
