This is what I've needed to help with the hot flashes. Even my Shihtzu loves it. I plan to purchase another one soon. The fan is very quiet and is actually taller than I expected. The only assembling is screwing the base to the fan. It really does keep you cool.

I have purchased two of these from greatofferstock.com a few years back and both are still working as new and we live in a very hot and long summer climate. These are a huge help in keeping our home cool and having our air conditioner work less, thereby keeping our utility bill manageable.

I probably should have given this fan 5 stars as it really moves air---I only run it on low as high is just too strong. It is VERY quiet. My only complaint is that it is just bigger than I visualized.

This fan is great and has been working fine since I received it. I like how it has a remote and various settings. My only complaint is that the fan is a bit loud at night when I'm trying to sleep.

Excellent product. Purchased more than two years ago and zero problems. Very quiet; no problem to use while I'm going to sleep. Powerful fan; usually I only use it at the lowest setting and thats plenty of air flow. Controls are easy to use and understand. Remote control is a convenient addition, although you need to be pointing it straight at the fan to get it to work.

Works ok but on high it should put out more.

I needed a standing floor fan and was considering buy one that was quite expensive. I discovered this fan on Overstock-read the reviews and loved the price. It is a wonderful fan. Looks great, works well, and the remote is really and added bonus. It does a excellent job cooling the areas I place it in.
