thin This is a nice mattress for a really LIGHT person in weight. It is flimsy and thin. My 9 year old doesn't find it that comfortable. I had to buy a topper for it.

Big deal in a small box I had never EVER heard of a bed in a box, and had some doubts but for the price though I'd try it anyway. It Arrived before they estimated. I carried it inside and to their bedroom with ease. Removed it from the box,it was still rolled up in plastic. I sat it on the top bunk bed,used the safety opener they supplied to cut the plastic and unrolled it. Then just waiting for it to fully expand and she was sleeping on it that night. It fit perfect on top of the box spring and was a true 5 inches thick when it fully decompressed. The kids love it and i will buy another one for the bottom bunk.

Great mattress I purchased this for my 4 year old in her first twin bed. It's nice and firm but very comfortable. When I crawl into bed with her to read her a story, sometimes I want to just stay in there and sleep on this mattress instead of mine.

Awesome value Bought this for our youngest girl, she turned 7 shortly after we got it for her several months ago. Her "bed" is a loft built into an alcove, no box springs or other base. It's been perfect for her, and is even comfortable for me (I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs). We're going to use it for our porch swing bed starting next week.
