I have 1 regular window downstairs where I live in our joint shared home. My living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom could never get cooled by my old window air conditioner. This one covers greater area then it's listed for plus I have floor fans and desktop turbo fans in each room to move the cool air. It's is comfortable. It's been over 90 degrees with 87% humid and I am cool downstairs!!!
