There is a tiny screw that secures the handle to the faucet that fell out after a year of use. Now the handle comes off and I can't get a replacement screw online. I'll be researching but certainly irritating that it fell out that easily. Additionally the faucet nozzle has to be put back into place as it will not retract all the way on its own.

I bought this faucet and Kraus sink 9 inch deep. So much different from my old shallow sink with small faucet. I enjoy doing dishes, especially large cooking pods. Great quality too.

I've had this faucet in and using it for a while now. It's a good faucet. It's nice looking and was easy to install. One complaint is it has started leaking between the pull out head and the neck. Now it has stopped. I didn't do anything to stop it. Works great now.

Satisfied for the most part. Would be nice to be able to position the faucet controls to the front, or to be able to reposition the swing arm. Also it would be a winner if you were able to get a longer swing arm, like 12" instead of just the 8.5" because even when the faucet is placed 3.5" from the back of the sink the head is to close for some hands free operations. For me to recommend this to anyone I would have to have the swing arm longer.

Wanted new faucet to go with new quartz counter top and Kraus undermount sink. Major requirements; sleek, easy to use, easy to clean and fit in with everything else in the kitchen. This is really a great fine and could not be happier.

I have had it for about a year now and still holding it. Style is what i was looking for and convenient to use. Only thing is that the shower head does not always gets back in the faucet holder nicely but since we mostly use it out that is OK for us.

I bought this for the Krause 23" undermount sink. I found it to be too high for the sink. The hose has to be put back in place after use by a slight twist or it hangs down. I get too much splash from the sprayer, which may be the sink size.

This faucet has a large arc so you need a wide sink otherwise the water will spray over the edge.

All in all, good faucet for price. Sprayer seems like plastic.

I ordered this one for my prep kitchen, I really liked it & matches with everything else in the prep kitchen

Looks pretty but underside hardware is prone to lossen with plastic fitting.

I have had this for less than 5 mnths and it has fallen apart . I now have to replace it. It leaks and has flooded my kitchen 4 times.
