Faucet comes packaged well and includes a soap dispenser as well. Materials feel very nice and well made. I have yet to install this, so I can't comment on the installation process or function.

I love my beautiful AND multifunctional faucet! The extended pull down reaches all around the large sink to rinse or whatever I want. So happy to have chosen this faucet based on online appearance, but mostly on Kraus reputation.

I got this faucet thinking it would work perfectly in my kitchen the description says it's over 11 inches well it did not say that it's longer than most gooseneck Fossett's it's actually 19 almost so if there's no way it would fit under my counter and 17 is above average anyway so it's really really above average so there was no way it would fit so unfortunately I have to return it. I should have known it was too good to be true at the price I got it at but if you have a wide-open, you should be fine but my comp my cabinets are low to the sink so it would not fit either the drill a hole in my cupboards to have it fit.

I absolutely love the faucet. Works perfectly and looks nice. It is however very tall, but I like that it "makes a statement" would recommend it to a friend.

Despite ordering this several weeks ago, I have yet to receive it (and am consequently left without a functional kitchen faucet) because Great Offer Stock shipped to an address I haven't lived at in six years DESPITE having ordered things at my new address that arrived in a normal time period. Not only did they ship to the wrong address, they made ME track down the package and request a redirect, which they have not managed to do yet. The initial contact person I dealt with was polite and helpful, but somehow the case got taken over by a different CS representative who has been FAR from helpful, put the blame on me (despite my having done nothing wrong), lost the package AGAIN, and has made no effort to correct the situation. Wildly unimpressed at this point.

We just rennovated our kitchen and this faucet has been installed. I really like the way it looks...sleek, modern. However (haven't used much yet), I can tell from looking at it, that the hose may definitely wear over time. Will be careful though and see how long it lasts. Soap dispenser works great.

I really like the way the faucet looks and the quality is good. Only drawback is the spray does not seem very strong
