Purchased for a rental property. Replaced a cooling only unit. Tenant seems to be pleased with it and glad to have a remote control to operate it.

It heats and cools really good and ive had it for about two yrs already and still is working great

The AC works fine and was very easy to install as long as you can lift about 60lbs, but it is very loud when the condenser is activated. I added some extra padding to absorb some of the loud vibrations and is only slightly better.

Was fairly easy to install where old air conditioner was removed. Love the remote control to turn on and off. It runs fairly quiet too. Good buy.
