We purchased and installed this. The installation was easy enough but there are NO instructions for it's use. Most of it is fairly straight forward. However, the setting of the clock, use of the timer etc. is not obvious and there are no instructions. It also seems that the clock only has the option of military time? At least, that's all we've (2 college graduates, 1 a software engineer) have been able to figure out. We also assume it would be easy to contact the company directly to get a chimney extension for a taller ceiling. We not gotten any response from Kokols.
