If you're debating about buying refurbished v. new, don't debate. I ordered this one, and it is PERFECT--it works perfectly, no blemishes in the finish, etc. And it comes with all 3 "heads", the booklet, and the warranty registration to either send in or complete online--everything just like a "new" one would. I saved enough on the purchase to MORE than pay for the ceramic bowl that I wanted, too. :) The color is a metallic burgundy, and with the white ceramic bowl that I bought for it, it's very pretty in the corner of the kitchen countertop. I couldn't be happier. If you're debating, I say, "GO for it."

I actually cancelled this order and purchased a brand new one, instead. Customer service acted promptly and handled the return while it was in transit and refunded my total purchase. My brand new mixer is excellent! I can't go back to a little hand held mixer that I normally used.
