I have had it now for a year and it works great.

Not for the p[rice, but for the brand. It really just doesn't have the ability to adjust the length of time to toast. It just wants to go until you smell your toast over toasting and then stop it.

Nice and heavy, does not quite evenly toast and not dark enough on highest level. Good sound when done and lifts toast for easy removal. Worked well for 30 days, then broke. What do I do with it now? Looks like it is headed for the dumpster. Guess the refurbished was not repaired well.

This is the first refurbished product I've purchased and I had doubts as to the quality of the product I'd receive. Other than the packaging the toaster was like new. It was clean and works fine. I've purchased other Kitchen Aid products and have been very pleased and I'm just as pleased with this refurbished product.

The toaster came in good shape. I didn't realize this was a factory refurbished unit. The unit itself was a little dirty. Not from food, but not brand new clean. The LCD display has a what looks to be a tiny piece of cardboard behind the glass but in front of the display. Operation: Works great. Never burns, even toasting. The only reason it didn't get a fifth star is because of the condition it arrived in and that piece of something behind the display.

This really is a fantastic value for money! The different settings are easy to use and your toast/bagel comes out perfect. Super price. Great color!

This toaster looks so nice in my kitchen and performs so well. It delivers perfect quality toast every use. I experimented with the settings and found the best number setting for my favorite bagels and breads, thus everything I put in is made to order each & every time. With other toasters and toasting ovens I had in the past, I would have to worry about forgetting that I'm toasting something later to find smoke billowing out of my kitchen and charred product. Every piece in this toaster is restaurant-quality, and the device gives a little beep when the toasting is done so I am mindful to pull it out when ready and enjoy at its best.
