Read MoreI purchased this bowel to replace a previous Kitchenaid glass bowel that got broken during a home move. This bowel was not nearly as nice as the first one. The bowel that was broken was a much thicker and heavier glass, way better quality. This bowl is okay for all purposes intended, just not as nice as my first bowl.
Read MoreI purchased this as a second bowl for my mixer. When I cook I make several things at once and was always frustrated at having to stop and wash the bowl or transfer what I had into another bowl so I could mix something else in the one bowl I had. Love that this has a lid so I can store in the refrigerator.
Read MoreVery handy when you do not need the whole reciepie or when you need to refrigerate the reciepie for a periode of time.
Read MoreBeing an older person, I was having a rough time getting my metal bowl off the stand. My granddaughter told me of her glass bowl with handle. Well, I really like my new glass bowl with handle. It is wider and so much easier to use. So glad something like that was available. Thumbs up to the creators.
Read MoreKitchenAid appliances have been in my home for over 25 years and I am never disappointed. The only reason I have ever had to replace on is because it left with one of our adult children!
Read MoreI am so happy with my glass bowl. It is perfect. It was carefully and expertly packaged.
Read MoreThat is the exact model that I have. I love my new bowl. My old stainless steel bowl had been tightened to much and would just spin and spin when I inherited my mixer from my dad, needless to say, making cookies was almost impossible. The new bowl fits perfectly. Very Happy with my purchase!

Read MoreThis is a heavy, sturdy bowl. My only problem with the bowl is it is very hard to attach it to the bottom of the mixer. It doesn't fit well. You have to keep messing around with it to get the bowl to fit correctly in the right grooves. It's kind of a hassle and not very convenient. I'm surprised KitchenAid made this product that doesn't fit well on their mixers unless you keep trying to adjust it to make it fit.
Read MoreGOOD QUALITY,I LOVE AND PRICE IS GOOD . THANK YOU
Read MoreNice addition to my kitchen-Aid mixer. Love the handle and plastic lid to store things in the bowl.
Read MoreGreat for having extra mixing bowl for kitchen Aid mixer
Read MoreI wanted an extra bowl for my mixer and while I'm perfectly happy with the stainless steel bowl that came with the mixer the glass bowl seemed to make sense. I was also informed after the fact that some recipes actually require a non stainless steel bowl so I'm additionally happy I didn't just get a second stainless bowl.
Read MoreDefinitely need to purchase the scrapper paddle for the mixer as well.
Read MoreJust love the 5-quart glass bowl - it is the perfect size for everything! My favorite!! Many uses for the bowl also.
Read MoreI thought the idea of a clear bowl on a KitchenAid mixer was a good idea. Not a necessity, just a good idea. Having used KitchenAid stand mixers for thirty two years and having always had extra bowls, I figured I would get this. It's fine, but I think it is pricey. I splurged. It is quite heavy compared to the metal bowls so full of dough it is very heavy. If you have weak arms this might not be the best idea for you. Of course, instead of mixing heavy doughs in it (use your metal bowl) you could just use it for lighter things - cream, etc. I'm still glad I bought it!
Read MoreBought this item for my sister and once it arrived in the mail. We did not tell her it was her gift so she thought it was something she had purchased and once she open the box she came screaming into the kitchen Thank You Thank You. Mailed Surprised
