Okay, I bought these for my husband, he said we don't own a good steak knife, I eat fish, anyway, I wanted to make my man happy and I did. Beautiful to look at and cut like a dream, no seams for bacteria to get in. My only compliant, they get dish water spots, so I wash by hand. Nice weight too.
