lisali47 Rating:3.0This is not the sturdiest bed but then again, it is pretty cheap. It is a royal pain to put together. Good for kids or small adults, wouldn't suggest a very large person use it.

Anna W. Rating:3.0Bought the bed in white & brown for kids. They love the faux leather. Perfect for smaller rooms, not good for larger/heavier people.

Arkansasmomma Rating:4.0I love the look of these beds, and so did my kids, but beware of the sharp corners , also make sure your kids do not jump or bounce on these frames the metal rods will bend as did mine from my kids jumping on them, had they not done that Im confident these beds would have stayed looking great for years.

Timo Rating:3.0The biggest issue with this bed is that it comes with only three slats for the mattress to rest on. After assembling the bed and placing a mattress on it, I sat on the bed and the mattress fell through the slats and folded like a taco, with me in the middle. I weigh 165 lbs. The same thing happened to my much smaller wife. However, the bed is marketed as a kid's bed, and it does support my 25 lb. son. But if he ever jumped on the bed - as kids love to do - this bed would be extremely unsafe. So much so that I am amazed there isn't a recall on this bed. So, I went to Home Depot, bought about $10 of lumber and screws, and added a half dozen more slats. I have to wonder why the manufacturer skimped on one of the most important, and cheapest, parts of the bed?! Other than that, the bed is well made. The materials aren't cheap (real wood) though the finish is just okay for the price. It looks good and knowing it will be thrashed by kids I'm not going to nit-pick quality issues inherent with foreign made products. The wheels on the Trundle are too small (or narrow), so if the bed is on padded carpet the wheels sink in and the trundle will drag, making it very difficult to roll in and out (certainly too difficult for a kid). If it is on a hard floor, you will not be able to have a rug where the trundle rolls as the front panel will hit the rug before the wheels get there. For reference, the trundle will hold a mattress up to 8" in height. As noted in other reviews, it takes over a month for delivery. I know it took at least six weeks. The shipping company Great Offer Stock uses is unbelievably slow and has nightmare customer service. Great Offer Stock, however, provided great customer service trying to get my bed delivered sooner. The delivery guys themselves were very professional and courteous.

Eleanor G. Rating:4.0We have had the bunk bed for about 5 years now. I did add extra slats to the bed for extra support for bouncy kids (bought a set of IKEA twin slats for the bottom on clearance & doubled up the ones on top bunk). It has held up relatively well, with exception of a small crack on foot bed portion when leaned on too hard). I have also had to reiterate that it is not a jungle gym, so the kids have not been too rough with it (definitely no hanging off of the top bunk).

experiencedMom Rating:5.0This bed is so cute in my son's room and is perfect for extra sleeping space for guests. It looks beautiful and is very sturdy. Looks like the ones from a certain kids store that starts with pottery, but way less expensive. This gives you the SAME look, for a great price. I have had this now for at least 6 years and doubt I will ever get rid of it as it is so functional for guests, without taking up a lot of room. You can put this in a finished basement as a seating area, spare bedroom, etc. This will be great for grand kids one day and for now is great for guests. Just be careful when you buy the mattresses. My husband did not measure the limited height in the lower bed and bought a mattress that is too high. We also bought the thin, bunk bed box springs for support since this is my son's everyday bed. Could probably do without that in the trundle, and it would slide out easier!

blsnet14 Rating:4.0Bought this bed for my kids and they love it. I took comfort in knowing that it was just a Jr. size so my kids are not very far off the ground for their first bunk bed. They enjoy it because it creates a space of their own underneath to be able to play in.

Peggy A. Rating:4.0Unfortunately the kids love it but the paint peels off every time they climb into bed.
