Nice fan The fan arrived without the blades, I called customer service and they were very accommodating and sent the blades out immediately, great customer service, I do not have the fan installed yet, but it looks just like the picture, I am pleased.

Beautiful Love the look of the fan. Only complaint is that a lot of the parts were already attached and other parts were wrapped so tightly in plastic wrap so it was hard to tell if all the part were there and be careful not to accidentally throw out something that looks like a WOD of plastic wrap as it contains screws to attach to dan.

Amazing Tropical Touch! I ordered a total of four (4) ceiling fans, two of this model, and two of another brand called Ecosure Aruba Aged Brass. Let me say, I kept these two and returned the other brand for a refund so I can order another two fans of this kind. The packaing and delivery was flawless, no damage to the parts or blades, very well made, and the assembly instructions were extremely easy. I am no electrician nor handyman, I'm a single mom and was able to install them on my own without any issue! The product is just as described and I can't wait to get my other two fans soon!!!!
