great item...love the design

I have only had this about a week and was hesitant to buy it because of the mixed reviews, but so far I am very pleased. My family doesn't drink coffee, but we have used it for hot cocoa and hot water dispenser for soup and hot cereal and it is awesome.

Works amazing. Slower at brewing than my last, cheaper Keurig but whats an extra couple seconds. =D

Even thought I don't drink coffee, I have always wanted a Keuring machine. This one does not disappoint. I enjoy tea and hot chocolate in my Keurig. The setup was easy and I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes! I love the red color which was a definite reason for ordering. Plus, I got it at a great price. Thanks Overstock!!!

Very pleased with this purchase. The only concern was that in the pictures, the carafe is shown, but is not included.
