Yes! It serves it does. I live in Las Vegas and I use them on my patio. Keeps the sun at bay and some flying insects. Love them.

They are hung in my screen in room and look great. I live in Florida so there is a worry about mildew, etc. - they've only been hung for a few weeks, but so far look just as they did when I got them.

Love these outdoor curtains. They look great flowing in the breeze of my Ramada. Well made, great colors: Caribbean Blue and Kiwi look great together. My only suggestion is they should come with some sort of tie back. Otherwise they are perfect!

I was very pleased when my outdoor drapes arrived to anchor the grass mat on my back patio. See (/Home-Garden/Green-Beige-Pool-Patio-Deck-Area-Rug-Area-Rug-66-X-93/10192571/product.html) The gold color of the mat and the drapes are a near perfect match. I got some green jute to tie back the drapes that matches the green in the patio rug and it looks like I hired out a designer to find all my pieces to class up what was a plain concrete with stucco pillar patio. The length of the drapes is perfect to create a enclosure of privacy or just extend the height of the patio with the dark rods running through the well constructed rings of the curtain.

I just got these and I'm pleased. They are what I expected - nothing overly fancy, but serviceable for an outdoor porch. It finishes my porch nicely, along with some outdoor blinds, giving my porch that outdoor "room" feel to it.

I purchased this outdoor curtain to add privacy to one side of my screened in gazebo and it's very thin and see-through. The color is a nice bright blue. If you are looking for something lined or opaque this is not it.
