After twice receiving and returning the incorrect item (Banana Palms Wall Sculpture), I worked with Great Offer Stock Customer Service and learned the item had been discontinued and they gladly refunded our money. They were most apologetic, gracious and EXCELLENT to work with, spending some time with the warehouse investigating what the original problem was and getting back to us immediately. While we were disappointed that we could not get the original item we ordered, I APPLAUD their customer service...thank you
