I put these on my front porch that is in full sun. After a few weeks they simply began to come apart at the joints as we sat in them. I'm using then as "expensive" plant stands now. Afraid to let anyone sit in them.
Read MoreBeautiful and comfortable. Indoors or out.
Read MoreWe were not pleased with how our rockers arrived. Both boxes were in bad condition, which caused damage to both chairs. One of the bags of hardware wasn't sealed, so we are missing pieces. Like I said both rockers have nicks, scratches, and one has a big crack in the leg frame. My spouse had to drill missing holes on both rockers. If you are going to purchase these chairs, be prepared to put extra work into getting them together and fixing shipping damage.
Read Moremany, many pieces - after 3 hours, we had 3 screws in! sent them back & lost my money! forget Overstock!!!
Read MoreChairs are solid. Some of the holes a little off but eventually work them in. Boxes came damaged, but merchandise was ok except one box the screw bag was open and was everywhere inside. But since we had already put together one chair we knew we found all the hardware...hardware should be packaged in something better.
Read MoreChairs assembled easily. Some of the drilled holes are a bit chipped but sanded off nicely. The seat is a little tall for having your feet comfortably on the floor to rock (and I'm 5'6") so we purchased an outdoor ottoman to go with it. Now, perfect!
Read MoreThis is a great rocker. and compliments the rest of the set well.
Read MoreSome of the holes were not drilled and a couple of the braces don't fit flush.
Read MoreThe weather resistant finish wasn't up to our northern winters. A light sanding and retreating with an oil finish made the rocker nice again.
Read MorePutting this thing together was a huge pain in the butt. It was super tricky to get things to stay without popping out. Took forever to assemble. When I first took out of the box I noticed a piece had dings and scratches. I wasn't about to pack it up and send it back. It happens. I love the chair after all the headaches it took to get it together. It's a nice sturdy chair.
Read MoreI ordered this chair in November for my wife's b-day. The first package the sides didn't have holes drilled deep enough to get the metal nuts in for the screw. They promply sent another packet to fix that. It is now april 10th and the chair gave way after it had been pulling away a little bit from the back. Now the seat and LH side is completely broken. Not to mention that i had to use my own screws to fix the seat because the holes for the screws were too large to hold the seat and the arm together. Over all I was loving the chair but seems to be poor workmanship.
Read MoreEasy to put together. Very sturdy and comfortable.
Read MoreMy wife and I wanted some rockers for our front porch sitting needs. These chairs are exactly what we were looking for. Sturdy, easy to put together, and look even better than the pictures online. Highly recommend!
Read MoreVery pleased with purchase
Read MoreNice solid chair. I am using it inside and it provides a rustic feel. Not hard to put together.
Read MoreSeem very study and not too much trouble to put together. My husband used the allen wrenches that came in the package.
Read MorePoor quality, returning. Areas broken and glued back together, stain uneven, chipped.
Read MoreVery disappointed in this purchase. Could tell from the get-go it was a returned, defective item. Poor packaging inside and out were the first clues. We didn't even get out a single tool because it was obvious that parts of the rocker were not symmetrical. OS should have inspected this item before shipping it off to others!
Read MoreAfter purchasing and assembling two of these chairs, I found the craftsmanship to be very poor. In the assembly, I had to modify the tenon on the legs because they would not fit into the mortise on the rocker rails. Other than that, the assembly was not difficult. However, after only sitting in one of the chairs a couple of times, I came out on the porch to find the arm rail broken where it meets with the back leg. The rail that the seat is fixed to also pulled from that back leg. These were parts that already came assembled. I found that the other chair had the arm rail pulling from the back leg assembly. The first chair was irreparable and I am to receive a refund. I decided to use screws to affix the arm rail to the back leg on the other chair. The chair I am keeping is comfortable, but the price is way too much for the poor quality of craftsmanship.
Read MoreVery disappointed in the finish of the chair. Rough wood, poor staining and has faded badly in the brief sun that my front porch gets during the day. Would not order again due to that problem. BUT, they do set pretty good.
