I purchased 6 of these blinds for my sun room. The windows are west facing and the sun was too bright to sit out in the afternoon. These filter the sun but do not block it completely out. I am giving this a 3 star because one blind was full of a powdery substance. Upon opening I found that the powder was caused by a disintegration of the blind. I am keeping them, but I do not hold much faith that they will last. Also the release mechanism is hard to real

The product was very flimsy. Very lightweight. Will not last long outside.

These are supposed to be blinds, there is nothing BLIND to them, the slats are so thin that you can see everything, not like the last pair I had purchased at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this item. The color is a rich, vareigated carmel brown; not red as pictured.
