I recently purchased this bar for my husband for V-Day to go in his Mancave. Upon checking other sites for the best price, I found the best one with Great Offer Stock.com. In addition to the best original price it also had a 15% off sale. The day finally came and he was very happy with his bar. We actually put it together today. I did read other reviews and PLEASE remember this! DO NOT tighten the the CAM SCREWS. This will not be good when it's time to attach and put in your CAM LOCK. The CAM LOCK will not be able to reach the top of the screw, so leave the screw up at least 3 or 4 turns from being tighten down. This will save you some time from having to loosen them. Other then that everything was perfect. It took us about 21/2 hours to put together( thats including watching tv, stopping to eat and my husband snapchatting, lol). It was PERFECT! Great bar for a great price! Must have!

Beautiful bar with nice wood. Still trying to get it put together. Had problems with the nail head insert screwed in too far and won't lock into hud bracket. Broke one hub. Need to take apart and unscrew to have get them to lock together. Looking forward to having it all together.

5 hours to put together. After flipping the top over only to notice it was completely scratched and missing chunks of the corner.

I have put together a lot of "self assembly" furniture and this was more difficult than most. The cam locks on this item do not work as easily as others I have encountered. The piece is put together and looks nice however, if it had to be moved I am not sure how well it would hold up. The bar looks great in place and is the perfect size for a small home bar. For the price, it is a nice piece and I am happy with my purchase.

Nice bar, easily assembled. But an odd occurrence: some drips occur from the front of the bar. Seems to seep (perhaps?) glue from the junction of joints? Happens when it is very hot in the location where we put it. We hope that it is only temporary, and that it withstands further temperature fluctuations!

The bar itself is very nice when put together however be aware: 1) that the lock screws they give you are short. So you have to play with it in order to have the right amount exposed in order to lock. 2) I used a flat head vs. the Philips they recommended as it was easier to get a grip on the lock screw. 3) The foot railing shows that there are 3 holes but mine did not come with 3 holes so I had to manufacture my own. 4) Lastly, because the lock screws were flimsy and didn't lock that great I had to put brackets inside the bar to attach the two top pieces. Overall it's a nice product and I would still recommend it though the manufacturing isn't that great.

While we really like the bar, I would consider the quality and materials average.

This arrives with quite a bit of assembly. Not difficult, just time consuming. Decent fit and finish and looks and operates good. Would recommend for someone looking for a small little bar area.

This is very nice looking and I think it will be quite functional--and the Great Offer Stock price was almost $100 lower than the net best for the same item. For the price, it's excellent. The "but" applies mostly to assembly. The system of cams and camscrews thathold all the pieces together is not adequately set up. For the two,pieces to interlock, the peg must be in the wood at a n exact height. The instructions do,not state this. It would seem logical to include a line on each peg to indicate how far into the wood it must go. Furthermore, not all holes were cpmpletely straight, so the pegs tilted slightly making it difficult to do a peg and hole assembly when necessary. We knew it would be a long and arduous task, but better instructions and assembly aids would have made it more straight forward and avoided double work--put the board on, try the cams, unscrew the two that are good, lift the board, raise or lower the camshaft that didn't catch, put the board back in place, try again, repeat until it catches, re-do the two that were okay from the start. This did not happen only once! One more disappointment is that the beautiful oak top had four or five slivers chipped off along the bottom edge. I just used a wood stain to fill them in and they look fine, but there shouldn't have been damages in the first place. I'm sure I could have complained, but we just wanted to get it put together and finished. Why four stars with all the complaints? Again--I really is quite nice for the price! Just be prepared!

We had a heck of a time putting this together. Be forewarned that you can only screw the pegs in just a little bit, or the camber locks will not engage. Like the result. The bar is attractive and very functional. But I do feel that better instructions would have been a huge help.

Nice heavy oak bar for a great price. Wood was a little darker than the picture but compliments our apartment very nicely. Great buy.

Awesome bar. It's the perfect size for the room. It was very easy to put together. There was only one piece (a front panel) that didn't fit perfectly together but when you tighten all the screws, you can't tell. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase!

Very pleased with how this bar looks, and with the quality. It came in two large boxes, and took a number of hours to assemble. Instructions are not always helpful, but for most steps it's fairly obvious what needs to happen. It's a classy looking piece of furniture with plenty of storage space and shelves that can be adjusted to fit any needs. It includes a wine rack, but larger stems won't fit. I opted not to install it, and to use this space for other purposes. I chose the oak model, and added Wallace Espresso Brown 29 inch swivel bar stools, which match perfectly!

not a very well secured piece

This is a very nice piece and we are enjoying it. There were no instructions for assembly in the box and we could not find them on line. Thankfully my husband is handy and assembled it without instructions because it was about 3-4 days before anyone from the manufacturing company emailed us back.
