Although the desk took quite a long time to assemble, it meets my needs perfectly. I needed to replacement a huge desk that made my tiny office look & feel even tinier. The bookcase was extremely easy to assemble. I set it on its side & purchased another one & placed it on top. I now have a 4x3 bookcase that takes up less room than the two bookcases I had in my office previously, but they seem to hold more.
