Received our shed promptly; and delivery was placed on our driveway, away from the street. After completing the two box's inventory, began the construction INSIDE our 10ft x 16ft gazebo. My friend assisted me, and was a big help. It is nice for someone to hold the walls while attaching the hardware. We only stripped two of the holes during wall construction. Just be easy, after completion, the whole shed will be tight. The most difficult part is the roof & gables. Just because the walls are up, the shed remains very loose. It took a lot of patience and perseverance to complete the roof. C-clamps helped a lot to hold the wall pieces tightly together due to the strict tolerances of the roof pieces. Just because the walls are installed does not prepare you to add the roof with ease. PATIENCE! It will work, so take the time required to complete the job. My complaints are few; the "sky-lights" provided are opaque, more gray than white. So don't expect much internal lighting. The window is nice, but is easily scratched if not careful when opening or closing it. One other thing is many of the pieces have small indentations or molded openings. Make sure you silicone them up, or insects can easily make your shed "home". One important point; When the instructions state to install the internal shelves...DO IT! It really helped to stabilize the shed while adding the roof. Anyone can build these sheds...take your time, and when done, it will be a proud time to celebrate. PATIENCE!
