I have a group of different sizes of this pattern throughout my house. They are easy clean, don't show dirt, are non-slip and water resistant (though not waterproof). One of my terriers did manage to scratch up the surface a bit and then the cat peed on that same one, so I did end up repurposing that one to my kennel area and replaced it with a new one. The rugs are affordable enough that you can do that. Also, while they will never be mistaken for an expensive Persian rug, they still get compliments. The worry factor over pets trashing an expensive carpet is also gone, so you can still enjoy your pets and have a fashionable home.
