This cute and casual light is exactly the right look. The fabric when lit looks like burlap, very industrial chic!

Cheap looking cord so I'll have to make a cord cover and the hooks can be bought for .10 at any hardware store. This light is overpriced.

Good enough size for where I wanted, but it is rather small for most rooms. It's a pain having to always plug it in. It would be much better if it had a toggle switch. It would also be nice if there was a cover over the bottom so you wouldn't see the bulb inside. For the price and in the right place it's fine.

I bought this for the corner of our living room. It is a nice lamp and works great.

Wanted something simple above my table in my TV/Billard room... perfect.... my only issue with the light is part of the hanging, locking piece is plastic... but I have to look at what I paid for it ... so I accept the plastic pieces:)

Harvest 1-Light Drum Swag Plug-in Pendant is exactly what I was looking for, being that I don't have a ceiling light in my living room. I hung this light over my coffee table and the cord is long enough to drape and reach my outlet, I do recommend this light, wish the lamp shade came in other colors. thank you, very satisfied customer.

Needed a swag light for a little more light in corner of a large room. First shade was crumpled by delivery man. No problem--one home call and a replacement was on its way. Great customer service ,Overstock.

We purchased one in burlap for a dark corner of our living room that was going to be too difficult to hardwire. When we first hung it, the shade was slightly crooked, the cord wasn't straight, and the shade seam was positioned front and center. But after some easy adjustment, the lamp looked great and added so much ambience that we ordered 2 more! My only complaint is the bare cord, but I guess that's just the way they do things now. Otherwise, great light for a great price. My very hip friend complimented our new lights, so they must be stylin. Haha

The light is very nice quality, however if you order the NATURAL color be aware that it is NOT THE COLOR AS PICTURED. The color is actually light cream or off-white. I tried to make it work with the room I need it in, but my ceiling is white, and it just didn't look good. I ended up having to return and order burlap. Not really happy with having to order burlap because the texture catches dust and is more difficult to keep clean as opposed to the fabric. But I didn't want to spend more money to on a different light and needed a brown tone so went with burlap. Wish they offered a few more color choices, but for the price it is a very good value. The picture is not the best. I had to leave the plastic on it because I'm returning it, but I tried to give you an idea of what the color really looks like as opposed to the picture they show.

really nice looking light for the price, we got the natural color and it's lighter than image shown but we were happy with it being lighter!

My lamp arrived very well boxed and packaged. The shade had a plastic wrap all around and the cord/socket as well. The only gripes that I have, has to do with the mounting hardware and the placement of the on/off switch. When you use the hardware brackets as they come, the lamp might drop off, as the cord is too large and heavy. I just used a pair of pliers to close the gap and that seemed to solve this one. Now the switch... the placement is too close to the outlet plug, so if you plan to place the lamp over some furniture and the outlet plug is hidden, it will de difficult to shut off the lamp. This was my 2nd gripe, but I just started to unscrew the bulb a little to it off and screw it back in to turn it on. Some people complained that the lamp doesn't come with a lower cover, no problem for me, as I'm using a 40W vintage type bulb that gives the lamp a little coolness.

Works for a light in the middle of the room, but was not easy to hang with just the cord and no chain. I managed to get it done and it works fine.

Don't like the white cord. To much trouble to return
