Assembling the unit was a little time consuming, but that's the least of my worries. When trying to attach the legs I noticed the predrilled holes for one of the legs was off beyond a "bandaid" attachment. I need this unit for installation TOMORROW and that won't happen because I can't even attach all of the legs! I have a picture comparing one leg to the other but I am unable to attach. After further comparison, the rails for the drawers were off 1/4 of an inch from one side to the other!!! TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. definitely not worth the money I paid.

Read MoreAs with the Harper Blvd Laird, this too was nice quality, easy to put together (it took 2 of us), and lots of heavy wood. I like the granite better on this one than the Laird as it has specks in it.
Read MoreLooks nice. Sturdy. Expected more solid wood in front instead of laminated wood, but looks nice. Comes in two boxes, top in one and the cabinet in another. Takes a little while to put together. Soft close is on the door. Drawers have ball bearing glides. Granite top sets on top, has wood blocks glued underneath top to help hold from possibly sliding, but with weight of tip not a problem. Comes with knobs. Has leveling feet on bottom of legs. Has back with cutout for plumbing to come through.
