Love pattern and colors happy with prices as well

This was the second purchase I made from Great Offer Stock and since the first purchase went smoothly and the rug ordered was of high quality and arrived within timeframe given I did not anticipate any problems with my second order. On my second order I ordered three of the same rug. When I opened the rugs up they appeared to be dull/muted in color compared to what I recall ordering. My error, live and learn, I placed the rugs in the areas I wanted them and after about two weeks I finally got online and actually viewed a picture of what I ordered and what I received and to my surprise the rugs were nothing close to what I ordered. I can't do anything about it now,, I have vacuumed, walked on them...so I can not return them. The rugs arrived with no invoice statement. There was no paper trail to show what I ordered, what actually got shipped, how much I paid for the item...never have I ever ordered something on line and not received an invoice. I will have to do some serious thinking before ever considering ordering from Great Offer Stock again. I read reviews of similar situations but I ignored other consumers concerns. Why would Great Offer Stock take it upon themselves to pick an alternative item other that what the customer ordered thinking that this is ethical business practices?

I have the 8X10 of this rug as well. The smaller rug has much more of the brown in its pattern. I like it, just has a different look to it.

This area rug is of excellent quality and the colors are just what I wanted for my newly remodeled kitchen/dining room.

I ordered this rug to verify color before buying the 10X14 size for our great room. The background was a bit more gray/beige than the picture shows. The pattern is also abbreviated from the picture which results in less blue/gold/rust than the larger sizes show. The border is approximately 1 inch wide. Still reassuring enough to order the larger size. We are using this at our front door now to tie the rooms together.

I bought a small size to cover the carpet between two closets in a hallway, but it turned out to be too thick, couldn't open the doors. It is thick and the fibers are a little stiff, but I love the pattern, the colors were perfect, so I just found another place for it in my bedroom. If you are looking for a soft flexible rug, this isn't it. Depends on what you are looking for. It seems very sturdy.

This is so pretty. I purchased this for my bedroom. You won't be disappointed. I was trying to match my new comfertor set. This rug was perfect. I hope this helps.

Colors true to picture. Great quality & price.

Ivory had mauve and baby blue. Nothing as I would have expected from pictures!

The rug is shedding vacuum cannister loads of wool. The background color is inconsistent/splotchy making the rug look dirty. Sad!

When rug arrived I was so impressed with the thickness and colors that I ordered 2 more for my dining area and hall. After 1 week I vacuumed and the problems began. There was so much shedding from these carpets that I actually burned out the motor of one vacuum and the other is running but not picking anything up. Think the motor and filter are plugged. I've owned many wool rugs and they do shed but this is extreme. Great Offer Stock said they can be returned for a full refund which is great except I have new furniture and house guests coming in. Guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointed.
