The chair work great, my sister was able to get up when she needed to without help from anyone

purchased for my father and its great.

This chair was tiny. If you weigh more than 100 pounds, it's not for you.

I bought this chair for my elderly father, while it worked it was great and we really liked the color. Unfortunately the lift stopped working after only 1 year. It now sits in his bedroom with a trashcan under the foot rest. We went ahead and bought another higher quality chair that has been going great for two years.

Not very comfortable, stiff and hard. The mechanics of the lift are not great and my husband has had to work on them a couple of times a year. After a few months of use made a lot of noise and no matter what maintenance one performed still is quite noisy. Would spend money on a better quality chair.

I liked how well made it was, it really helped my father in and out of his chair, Was heavy and solid and easy to clean fabric. It is of high quality and I would reorder again

I like the recliner but wish it was a little more softer.

Chair was purchased for my 98 year old grandmother back in summer 2016. It stopped lifting today - it lasted 2.5 years. She is now 101 years old and on the search for a new lift recliner chair.

We loved this chair for the first year. Then I found a bolt on the floor and the footrest started to lean to the left. The user began to slump to the left as well, as she sat in it. I flipped it over and replaced the bolt, however there were metal parts that were bent and it continued to lean. Several months later, I found another bolt on the floor on the right side. Fortunately, hospice replaced the chair for us.

The size, color, comfort, and ease of operation has been perfect for my 91 year old mother. She has had it for over a year now and loves that it helps her up without any assistance. Nothing to dislike.

Ordered this for my 87-year-old father so that he could get up easier from the chair. It was easy to put together and it was a godsend that help my father out

Bought this Chair Last Year,I always have a problem getting up because of my bad back and Knees, this chair really help me get up with no problem, the only disappointing thing about it is that it is not very wide and deep, would be good for a child or petite person, my son is tall and lanky and even he had a problem sitting in it, his legs stuck way out when sitting. The Mechanics work well on it..I will look for a better one, much more wider and deeper..not woth the money paid for it.

We chose this chair because it is so difficult to find a smaller scale recliner not only with a power feature, but an up-lift feature as well. The motor is quite loud when lifting and reclining, and the chair doesn't always "close" completely , but the fabric is nice and easy to clean, and it fits perfectly in the space we have

Chair is a good size. Required WD40 though for the rubbing noises.

Received the chair and really like the fabric and the looks of the chair. So far everything works fine. My husband is 5'8 and weighs around 200# and it fits fine. I was a little hesitant after I read the negative reports but he says the chair is very comfortable and likes it better than the one he had before He is a stroke victim and has deficit movement on his left side and is more than pleased with the chair .

Exactly what my elderly mom needed. Comfortable and easy to use. Great buy at this price. She loves it!

This chair is awesome very well made and matches other decor. Mechanically sound just the right size for a women 5'4" she has be able to rise to a standing position without the exhaustion of rocking back and forth in order to get her body to cooperate with the brain. It arrived days before schedule, the delivery team were wonderful and assembly was fast and simple.

After my shipment getting lost, I felt like I would not be using your company again. Butt talking to your customer service they really helped me and I got the lift chair here in a short amount of time. My mother really loves it!

It's a decent chair for the money. Motor is very quiet. Be aware this chair is small! Fine for my 5'4" mother but not my 5'10" husband.

We got this chair for my father but after it arrived, his wife liked it so much he didn't get many opportunities to use it. We solved it by buying another! Really great chair. Til it's forward, backwards, looks good too.
