Makes a good cup of coffee! I bought this for my mother-in-law and father-in-law, because they always buy cheap $**_** coffee makers, and I wanted them to have a machine that made a good cup of coffee, would last a while, and looks nice on their kitchen counter. It's all of that - and it keeps the coffee warm for hours. I love that there's no pot to break or clean out every single time.

Good Value This is the third Hamilton Beach Brew Station that we have purchased over the years and have liked each one. This newer one has improved its design and appearance. We use it every day and are sure we have saved money by not making a daily trip to Starbucks.

No re-warm featuer Love the look and ease of this unit. The only complaint is that there is no re-warm feature. Once it is done with its cycle, you will have to use the microwave to heat the coffee.

excellent I have had this coffee maker for almost a year. I use it on a daily basis, and set the timer for each morning.....it never fails and makes great coffee. I also use it to make iced tea in the same manner as coffee, using filter and emptying the tea bags into the filter.....I love this coffee maker and will be purchasing a second one for my vacation home.

I love not having a carafe to use. This product is very reliable, I love the self-containment that allows you not to have a carafe sitting. The coffee brews quickly and is easy to load and unload. The only change I would make is to perhaps make the cord just a couple of inches longer, the short cord keeps me from having more options to place it.

Don't buy it This is the second BrewStation we've had. They changed the design and not for the better. The old permanent filter and water filter do not fit. Pouring water into to it is a nightmare, and it's going to reduce the life. It is now set up so you really have to be wide awake to keep from pour water on the heating unit. The tank you pour into leaks and creates a pond around the pot. I'm never buying a Brew Station again. I don't care how much my husband doesn't like glass carafes.
