This ought to have been 15-20% darker in tone. Full justice not done to Klimt's eroticism! A couple of notches darker in tone would be ideal.

I had the other Serpents canvas from *** so I got this one to match it. It is as washed out on my wall as it looks online. I bought another Klimt canvas (flowers) and that one just "popped" when I was scrolling through images and it looks amazing on my wall. What I'll probably end up doing with Water Serpents is painting over it like the ones I saw enriched with color online. If you google Klimt Water Serpents Images you'll see what I mean. Should be fun!
