The Barbeque Grilling Sheets are light-weigh but extremely durable. I wish I had ordered these sheets earlier in the summer. I used one sheet last Sunday while I grilled turkey burgers, salmon, pineapple and asparagus. I used my gas grill and I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to spend a lot of time cleaning my grill afterwards. I simply wiped up excess juices on the sheet while grilling and a few simple spills under the sheet when I finished grilling. I love these sheets!!!
