I am a big fan of Wood Grain Furniture. Beautiful rustic finishes, the pictures are very close to what you are going to get. I've posted some of my own. Most important for me, no cheap materials that are made in big China manufacturing. I have the dresser, bedframe and now this nightstand and let me say they are all incredibly well made, SOLID wood materials. No particle board anywhere. These are made in Brazil. The packaging is also very well thought out. Very thick cardboard, reinforced cardboard cornering and thick styrofoam that keeps everything tight inside. This may seem like a minor detail but trust me when something comes from hundreds of miles of away, it's bound to encounter some type of throwing around, didn't have any damaged pieces. This will take some time to put together. I did use a drill (despite instructions) for the screws and if you have one with a torque setting, use setting 10-14. The drill will "ratchet" when the correct torque is set. Then hand tighten with a phillips screwdriver (if needed). DO NOT use an impact driver, it will countersink the screws too far and you really have no control over the drill compared to a drill/driver with a torque setting. Trust me on this, I'm an avid DIY'er and woodworker. For the dowels, I would recommend using wood glue since you will really never have the need to disassemble this. Put some in each hole.....insert the dowel then wait a few hours for them to set. Then when you join the other pieces together put some more glue in the adjoining dowel holes and this thing will last a lifetime. Good luck!

I ordered two of the Grain Wood Furniture Montauk 2-drawer Solid Wood Nightstands from Great Offer Stock and the first thing I noticed when I got them was how light the packages were. They came in two separate boxes plus they arrived well packaged quickly. The drawers operate smoothly on both of them and they are a good height in comparison to the bed. The best part about them- no assembly required.

Very well-made! Easy to put together love the pulltab drawer handles. When you pull out the drawer it’s about 7 inches deep little over 12 inches long the inside part of the drawers very well made for the money. About half inch sides of drawers.

Arrived with mold growing on it.
Arrived with mold growing on it. Had to return it. The furniture was attractive enough, but it also had a terrible chemical smell which filled the entire room. Great Offer Stock did not issue the proper number of tags so UPS only picked up some of the boxes. I spent so much time on the phone trying to resolve this. Complete fiasco. Meanwhile, the moldy furniture was contaminating my apartment!

My 16-year-old son put the furniture together. It is solid wood and looks very nice as a set. We got the bed with the two nightstands in gray. We are very pleased with this purchase. We did have to get mattresses with boxsprings because it is not a platform bed which is what he wanted, but that was an easy fix. We got a very simple thin box spring.
