This arrived in two boxes within 3 days( one long box for the whole already assembled base and one square box with the oval shade). It came without any damage. The whole lamp is like 5'6" tall. I use a special color changing bulb that can be controlled by wifi and on it's brightest white light setting,it doesn't illuminate so much,but is better for small areas if you plan to use it alone. It isn't the same color as depicted,but is more like a bronze darker antique gold. The shade is a very subtle white off shade. It still goes alright with my decor. Looks real expensive and my husband liked it. The close up photos can show you the nice antique foil texture. In the daylight , the light bounces off of it to make the gold color look different. Good purchase I would say :)

I've seen this lamp on your website since 2014 and finally purchased it in Oct 2016. This Moroccan design lamp is a quality product. The "Gold Leaf" is a nice antique gold. It could sell for much more in a retail store environment.

Solid base but according to my husband, the parts around the bulb are "flimsy". I love the design and it looks great by our sofa but the color looks more like bronze -- not a yellow gold, like you see in the picture.

I was hesitant about spending this much on a lamp -- was looking for a standing lamp for $100 max -- but I really love it. The shade arrived misshaped -- its box was partially crushed. It was well-packed, though, and didn't sustain real damage. I was able to bend the lampshade frame back into shape. FYI, the lamp base is all one piece, so the package is tall and (relatively) heavy. This lamp, with its wide base, is STURDY. It could also do some damage, bodily or to furniture, if a child pulled it over -- just something to keep in mind.

This lamp is gorgeous! I am so happy with my choice and it fits perfectly with my gold side tables and gold coffee table. The price is amazing and I get so many compliments on all my greatofferstock.com purchases.

I bought this for: (a) the “quarter-foil” / Moorish motif, and the lamp looks pretty much like the photo (b) the ability to put a (3-way) bulb with up to 150 W, which so many lamps don’t seem to have. The lamp met these expectations. Two negative points: — the oval shade is fairly boring close up; I prefer something a little richer in texture / color. — the shade structure of the one I got is not quite level so I had to slightly “shim” it.
