Two stars because at least the table is cute. My first order attempt did not work - the warehouse never shipped it. Finally have my items a week after the original estimated delivery date, but the chair backs/seats came without screw-holes. Currently awaiting replacements.

I got this as I thought it looked good for the price. Upon unpacking it I came to realize each and every one of the screw lips on the chairs were misaligned and bent. The wooden backrest and base never had clear alignment points for screws, which i didn't even get to given the frame alone was impossible to put together. I got a replacement, after being promised that the second one would be checked before being sent; the replacement was in exactly the same state so yet again I had to return it. While the customer service was really good in organizing the returns, I'm disappointed that I was promised the issue would not be repeated. After looking in to it, it seems another purchaser (different color) had the same issue. This dining set should be removed from sale on Great Offer Stock.

The table arrived and we were confused to see gray metal for the legs of the chairs and table and not the white shown in picture. The gray looks nice and the wood is very nice as well. Constructing the table was easy but the chairs have a very poor design and requires constant screwing and unscrewing to get it to the point where the chairs are not wobbly. The wood part also came without screw holes but they immediately sent new ones after we called. Overall, nice table but takes a while to construct and is difficult.
