I really love the look of this and it's exactly what I need. The instructions can be a bit confusing and the pieces screws, and so on are not marked on the plastic packaging & that's what causes the directions to be a bit confusing. Over all it looks great it great space that I need and worth the price sale price that is. I would not have bought at full price. I do recommend anchoring to wall and follow the directions don't think you know and rush take your time and you will love it. You need 2 people to make sure aligned and sturdy. The drawer is great for makeup brushes, combs and hairbrushes too. This is complete honest review I did not get discount or anything to provide this opinion of my review of product.

Needs to be anchored to wall for stability. There on top so you hardly notice.

very nice quality but instructions were not as easy to follow as i had to figure some things out on my own especially with the screen since alot of them look the same via the pictures. which the bags they came in had the letter for each part printed on it could have saved some time installing if so.

Perfect cabinet for what I needed... additional hidden storage, looks nice, and takes up very little space in my tiny bathroom. The assembly instructions were cryptic, but work-throughable. One tip though, think about the fact that you have to install it over/behind your toilet. I put it all together and then tried to put it in place, and quickly realized that was no longer physically possible. There is a board on the legs that needs to go behind the toilet, so you need to assemble it in place around the toilet. Unfortunately for me and my lack of foresight, I now had to disassemble it (to a point) so I could remove the bottom board and then reassemble. No fun, but it all worked out. Also, I have a rather tall toilet, and this is one of the few cabinets that actually fit over it. There's barely any space between the top of my toilet and the bottom of the drawer, but it does fit. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it. (Just be smarter than me when assembling).

The Furniture of America Landers Modern Space Saver Cabinet is well constructed and relatively simple to assemble. The space saver is packaged very securely, everything arrived in excellent condition. Actual parts are well marked and the directions are fairly clear to follow step-by-step instructions. My only complaint is the hardware. Although every screw, nail, etc. is individually packaged, they are not labelled (some screws look extremely similar and the written description is weak). I looked at the indicated quantity for some parts to figure out where they belonged. The manual could be better (nothing is actual size and screw dimensions are not given - pretty much a guessing game when it comes to small parts). All worked out in the end - not a difficult assembly. The space saver is petite so look at the measurements carefully before buying. Doesn't really hold much - not very deep. The drawer does not have glides and is clumsy and small. Knobs that come with it are budget looking. Overall, it's really pretty piece of bathroom furniture. I like the mirrors and the decorative scroll work in front of the mirrors. Solid piece of bathroom furniture. Thankfully, I did not have to cut the lower support bar to accommodate plumbing - everything fit. I've gotten quite a few compliments on it. Looks exactly like the photo - great for a small bathroom.

This modern space saver cabinet is perfect for my bathroom. Its very beautiful looking peace of furniture. Took me several hours to set it up, instructions is very easy to understand. I absolutely love this cabinet!!!

This is a really pretty cabinet. Took some time to put together by myself for the most part. I should have measured better as the cabinet did not clear the toilet tank and I raised it by putting some wood blocks on the floor that I painted the same color to match. Works good now. Large heavy box arrived with just a little damage and thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The instructions were pretty good, just wish it would have given better pictures of which way the pieces should face when assembling. Had to disassemble at one point cause the one piece was backwards. All and all, I really like the look, the function and it was well worth it.

Easy to put together and looks great in my bathroom.

Greatvquality for the money

I love the detail and mirrored doors. The dimensions are slightly off. I put in a small space next to my sink and had to modify it to get it to fit, but if you are using at an over the toliet storage it shouldnt matter too much. A little darker then i imagined.

Just perfect in all areas of this unit. Takes care of my personal things that I wanted private. Love it.

It looks even better when in place. It has a good quality look that enhances the decor. I have a custom fixture that is higher than most, so I had to add some base extensions (wood blocks) to raise the lower shelf height above the tank and to clear the water hook up at the base. It is very stable with help of the achor to wall piece at the top of the unit. it is very attractive and mirror disgns in the doors adds an extra flare that dresses up the room.

Most of the items that went into our new bathroom came from Great Offer Stock and this was the last piece added. Very sturdy and extremely pretty.

Love the look of it in my bathroom and fit perfectly behind the toilet. Check the size of this first before buying.

The space saver is not what I expected it to be. Very difficult to put together and it came with to many parts. Don't like it at all.

Nice quality wood not partical board. Its important to check the spacing behind you toilet. Be sure your pipes won't interfere with it setting behind completely.

I love this cabinet. The only problem Me and My boyfriend had is building it. It took us 7 hours. Because there was no numbers or letters on some of the pisses. We had to guess it. and build it from scratch.

I love my new space saver cabinet.

Pieces were missing. Holes were not drilled straight. Holes do not line up with the hinge pieces given. Pieces are not labeled. Instructions are unclear which pieces are which. Cabinet doors do not stay closed because of the shoddy holes around the hinges. Overall I would have expected a $** or less product to have such a hassle. Definitely not something well over $*** that looks awful.
