Ordered for a bath remodel, found one small piece on vanity porcelain broken; got excellent customer service and a new vanity. It wasn't fast, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use O again for a big item like this.

We had some issues with setting up the plumbing for this piece but it is all set and looks great. It is a sleek, clean look and the wood is real.
