kebuff Rating:3.0I like this as a contemporary flush mount chandelier. Not too over the top. Dealing with a couple crystals whose attachments are broken. Wish some extras were provided, and hoping I can fix them.

Nancy M. Rating:5.0I wanted a chandelier to make my newly painted guess bedroom elegant. The ceiling is low so I count not get the traditional hanging chandelier. I found this one on Great Offer Stock, read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Really pretty, the crystals hang nice and I got my elegant look with a flush mount. The shade is thin vinyl strings with a silver tint, it gives the illusion of a thin gathered sheer fabric shade once up. My husband hung the light, didn't take much time, but he said they could have made it easier to mount! Over all I am very pleased and once again I'm back on Great Offer Stock looking for what I cannot find in the local stores to finish/add to my small makeover projects! You wont be disappointed with the look of this chandelier if you have a low ceiling. The room size I have it in is 15'x14' if that helps anyone. Thanks!

Rita G. Rating:5.0We updated our 27yr old kitchen ceiling light fixtures with these Nuvo Patton 3-light flush mount in bronze finish after searching for months for the perfect replacement light. They were easy to install over existing opening. They sit flush in the ceiling and came with already attached insulation making for a n amazingly secure & draft free install. They are brautiful andd g8ve off plenty of light with 3 bulbs. Love, love these lights!!

Trevor S. Rating:5.0We just finished building a Craftsman exterior/transitional interior home and my wife wanted something sparkly for a few hallways. I was worried this would be too much glam, but it's my favorite light in the entire house. Because of the shape/style it's not overly dramatic, but still very tasteful and puts off perfect light. Michelle C. Rating:5.0My husband installed in one hour and it creates beautiful soft light. Provides ample light in the evening without being harsh and the design is gorgeous. Delicate, and refined. I LOVE my flush light. Looks expensive and antique.

Beth S. Rating:5.0I love this flush mount chandelier we installed to our water closet in the master bathroom. We recently added crown molding throughout and this was the finishing touch I was looking for.

OstkUser535581 Rating:5.0Looks just as it does in picture EXCEPT it is more of an off white. It appears white in natural light mostly. In evening when light is switched on, the difference will appear. If that's fine then its a nice light considering the price.

Laurie Rating:5.0I love this light, the style, quality and finish color are perfect. The finish is more of a silver with mottled bronzy gold overlay. I got the semi-flush mount for the entry hall and this is for the upstairs hall.

Tatiana Rating:5.0I needed a large base, flush mount light in my living room to replace a cheap, white, builder-grade light in the house we just bought (we had a mix of mushroom lights, b**b lights, and hexagonal lights in an assortment of white or brass). I wasn't sure if the ceiling had the same finish/paint under the old light that the rest of the ceiling had, so I wanted the same size base as the light I was replacing. I also needed a fixture that would provide sufficient brightness, as the living room is also used as a music room. I also wanted to avoid any light fixture with fabric shades--glass is so much easier to clean! This light comes in multiple finishes (I chose the brushed nickel), and the light fixture allows for three bulbs. It actually fits 3 compact florescent bulbs. I was surprised at how sophisticated, elegant and modern it looks! The metal trim is substantial (not flimsy). The glass also seems to be sturdy. If I ever needed another flush mount fixture with a wide base, I would definitely buy this light again. It was the most expensive of all the non-chandelier replacement lights that we bought, but it is worth every penny!
On September 4, 1882 , one square mile of lower Manhattan was aglow with light as the first commercial power station went into operation. Thanks to Thomas Edison's brilliance, for about 24 cents per kilowatt hour, 59 customers were provided with lights and electricity at night. By the late 1880s, the demand for that service had grown so much that small power stations could be found in many U.S. and European cities. We're still amazed by all the practical and aesthetic possibilities offered by lighting . Electrifying Timeline: Arc lamps preceded light bulbs. Read More
