An absolute must for cooking pancakes for a group

I love this griddle to make breakfast or burgers. Cleans really good.

...but don't love it. It does the job but it's not really non-stick.

Nice happy with my purchase...So far used it once I was satisfied the burgers cooked perfect and was very easy to clean.

This griddle is perfect for pancakes or French toast. Handles stay cool. Great width, only wish the length was an inch longer. Fits perfectly over 2 gas burners. It was the longest one I could find. Surface is completely flat ( no grease moat ) which is what I wanted. Maximum flat surface area.

Will give an updated review when I do. Had surgery and have not been able to do much. I'm sure it's 5 ☆- it's Faberware.

We love this. Use it for pancakes, grilled cheese, lots of bacon. Great product.

I was so pleased with this griddle.. mind you I have only used it a couple of times.. but I did use it in my oven to cook bacon and cooked eggs on it with no trouble at all.

This package arrived quickly and is as pictured and described. However, one caveat I hadn't seen on earlier reviews of this griddle is that it can mar/scratch off the finish of a ceramic top stove. We just purchased a new ceramic top stove with the griddle burner feature but it did not come with a griddle pan which is why we ordered through Great Offer Stock. We left the griddle on the stove top when not in use, and it has permanently marred the surface in small areas (those areas are no longer black like the rest of the stove). So, we store the griddle now, but I would have liked to have been able to keep it on the stove top for easier availability. The griddle worked well for paninis and for pancakes but i think the pancakes would've benefited from a little bit of oil on the surface. The instruction manual does not recommend using non stick spray and if necessary just a little bit of oil wiped on the surface).

I am very pleased with this moderately-priced griddle! We have made delicious pancakes and French toast with it. If you have a cooktop you MUST have a BRIDGE in order to use this griddle. This morning we covered every square inch with 6 pieces of French toast and they cooked almost identically (the center pieces were slightly browner). "Low and slow" seems to work best with this griddle. Spray oil works fine with the Teflon.

I still have Farberware Pans from my wedding that are over 40 years old and I treasure so I had no doubt when I saw this griddle. Turns out my instincts were perfect. It is a heavy weighted pan so it can take heat without buckling and its surface is non-stick without a teflon coating that you worry will end up in your food. The heat distribution was perfect- something that could be a problem when the pan is sitting on 2 different size burners. Our pancakes were all evenly cooked and just delicious. It seemed almost impossible to burn them. The lip of the pan is high enough without being a problem for a griddle pan. I could not be happier. But as I said, I have never been disappointed in any of my Farberware Pans, going back 40 years.
