I purchased this pan to grill meats and fish. It's a great size and deep enough to avoid grease splashing everywhere. I also like the spouts on each side to drain off any excess fat. Heat is distributed evenly and there are no "hot spots." I like the "platinum" non-stick coating and very little olive oil is needed. Best of all, it washes up very easily. It arrived quickly and packaged very well. Should have bought two!
