Works great! It says that it can be placed in the oven, but looking at the handle, I don't think that is the case. I would not use it for the purpose however.

this griddle is very useful. Nothing sticks to it, I even made pancakes without any oil. It's easy to clean. One tip: Don't try to fry eggs, the surface is so nonstick I almost lost my egg.
