I am very happy with my new heater. It blasts out the hot air, does make a bit of noise when running but not bad, unless you are in a perfectly quiet room. Then it may bother you a bit. The only thing I did not like was the back interior wall where the faux flames are cast and flicker about, is white and the flames look white. The faux logs are a nice orange. So what I did is buy 4 sheets of orange transparent acrylic sheets that were just about the same dimensions as the back wall. I got them at an art supply store. I used all four one on top of the other, trimmed them to fit, to get the brightness of orange I wanted and just pressed them against the back inner wall. They stayed put without any clear tape even. Now the flames flicker a rich orange! That wall does not get hot so there is no danger. I called the company first to ask if it would be safe to do it, and they said it would be fine. The country cast iron stove look of the heater is really lovely. It's very light and easy to move to any room, should you want to change things up.

It was shipped in the shelf box which is one of the only failings I can see with Great Offer Stock.com. Which meant I had to reattach the door but it heats really fast and the flame is perfect for ambience. It is plastic, which is what I wanted as it is in my bathroom, so I wouldn't want it in another part of my house. I would want iron.
