Carpet Doesn't Stay In Place I purchased the carpet rug pads to hold several area rugs in place. The bottom/rubber part of the pad stays in place on the floor, but the top side of the pad has a strange coating which causes the rug to constantly slide off the pad. The rug has to be straightened and centered on the pad anytime someone walks on the rug. This purchase was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend buying this pad.
