Also, one large piece arrived damaged but was immediately replaced by Great Offer Stock in a friendly, competent manner. Still having trouble with drawers not staying tightly closed.

The boxes were open, could see that some of the molding was broken off, screws and bolts were falling out of the boxes. I was not happy with the condition of the boxes. I called customer service to say that I would not accept the boxes. The immediately shipped another set of boxes. I was told these boxes would be picked up but they never have been. I was not happy with the condition of these boxes. Was very happy with customer service and resolving the issue.
