I got these curtains yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to hang them yet. I thought the Pewter color would be more gray-tone. It's brown (brown-gray). Still works with the room, but not 100% what I thought looking at the thumbnail. I also wanted to provide some assistance to people who may have trouble with the DIY of the twist tab: The important detail is to lay out the curtain and make sure each hanging tab starts with the vertical tab (part that will go in the curtain rod) inside the other tab (which will be your twist), and that horizontal (twist) tab starts flat. From there, gather the horizontal tab fabric, twist & create the loop that you can pull the vertical tab through, and you'll create your twist detail. This does bunch the fabric at the top of the curtain, which the manufacturer markets as "making pleats" :) One reviewer noted that the twist shortens the curtains vertically; it appears to also shorten the width as well, so make sure you're purchasing enough quantity for the effect you want with your windows.
