Griddle dilemma! Nice size, I like that it's nonstick. There was on slight issue, the griddle doesn't sit firm on my flat surface stove... this wasn't explained in the description or reviews. It spins around if I don't secure it. I guess I'll make it work.

Great griddle!! You cannot go wrong with Cuisinart! They make FABULOUS cookware! I use this griddle for quick grill cheese sandwiches and even pancakes or omelets.

excellent! While I usually grill steaks, I used the griddle this time. Steaks cooked beautifully! And clean up was easy. Griddle had a nice , even heat. Would definitely recommend.

Cooks well but not dishwasher safe The Good: It heats up--and cools down quickly. The handle stays cool the whole time. Easy to clean just wipe down with cloth/napkin after its cooled up then wash with warm soap. The Bad: its not dishwasher safe. Though it is easy to clean by hand--this would be a nice feature to have. Other: used mostly to make arepas; warm up tortillas.
