The coffe maker is nice an makes good coffee, however, you cannot program the number of cups. It simply uses up all the water you put in to the coffee maker. The programs are to turn it on or off at certain time. The water part is useless unless you don't care that the water has a very strong coffee flavor. They have not separate these two units well enough to prevent coffee from overpowering the whole system. So the idea to have hot water dispenser is great but not executed in a way people who drink tee can use it. You can however use it to dilute your coffee if it is too strong. Overall I am happy but could probably should get one without the hot water system.

Refurbished...but it just like brand new...works perfectly

It works really well. The only slight issue, is the water for coffee is a tad difficult to pour in. Maybe the coffee side should be on the right. Other than that, I love it!

Bought it for my husband. He loves it, he says it makes great coffee and enjoys the hot water option when making our grandaughter hot chocolate.

Tis coffee maker produces the worst tasting coffee I have experienced at home. Could be that it's refurbished but... The decanter is not all that user friendly.

I have had no problems with this coffee maker. It looks nice and performs well. I was under the impression that it came with a filter but it only comes with 2 little filter samples but oh well. I would recommend this.

Getting hot water is almost instant. No more tea kettle!

I was so excited to fine this at a grat price. However once I put to use the hot water size, water leaks underneath the unit. Very disappointed I needed this for a salon so I now have to return it and I'm a lil frustrated.

great coffee maker... this one was to replace one I have had for 4 years...

Great coffee maker and hot water for tea. The perfect cup of coffee or tea in the morning.

Made one pot of coffee and quit! Returned for another of same. Leaked water all over counter top and cabinet before any coffee was made. Returned and purchased new Cuisibart Brew Master 12 Cup. It is working fine so far. Someone really needs to check out quality control on the "refurbished ones".
