I had no problem setting it up or getting the skirt on. The skirt is like a quarter inch shorter than the frame but it's still nice.

This product is perfect for those needing a quick bed frame / box springs. It combines the best of both worlds. Extremely easy to put together, and works very well with my memory foam mattress. Also is pretty cool because it can come apart and make two twin frames if you need it. The only downside is, the skirt isn't quite big enough to cover the entire frame.
