Provides excellent, stable support up to the full height listed. Well worth the price.

I use these multi ladders for scaffolding and they work wonderful for painting, installing soffit and facia, metal roofs etc. What I like most is the top rung is wide enough to set a 1 ft aluminum plank 16 ft long on it. The other multi ladders do not allow it because of the knobs that are on the inside of the ladder. Safety is number 1, the Cosco multi ladders, properly set up, are stable, sturdy and quick to set up and can be used for so many applications. I carry it with me where ever I go when giving roofing estimates etc. I wish they had a larger model that would reach a little higher. I don't leave home with out it.

This a very good and sturdy ladder. However, when fully extended, it is extremely heavy and awkward.
