Not fancy but great for every day use! These are the dishes my parents use when I was growing up (and still do!) and so when I needed to replace my husband's bachelor day dishware, these were the ones we went with. We absolutely love how light and durable they are.

Corelle is always good We bought Corelle for our kids as it is always durable and lasts forever and we were tired of watching our good stone dwindle from breakage. We have had Corelle ware before and liked how long it lasted. My only complaint is that they do not come in solid colors other than white or cream. But on the flip side white is always timeless.

Nice Set We moved to a new home so we wanted new dinnerware. My beau requested Corelle so that's what I went with. I was pleased to find a set that did not come w/mugs since those never actually get used in any household I've been part of. This set was perfect!

Plain white is best I got tired of my corelle enhancement pattern with a sort of fluted edge, and decided, after looking for a couple years at patterns, that it's best to stay with plain white. I already had a lot of the bowls of different sizes that go with this set. It looks good with any table covering. It even goes well with white porcelain, like my butter dish, and porcelain mugs. I don't like the handles on Corelle's "made in China" mugs. They allow my knuckles to get burned against their sides so, I didn't want mugs, which most Corelle sets come with. Shipping was fast. Everything was well packed.
