The umbrella itself is fine but we received the lite green umbrella and there were streaks of dirty lines on the panels. I think this was someone else's return. The green is way brighter than pictured-almost neon. The crank seems to work well and open and close as it should. The umbrella itself is fine, my issue was with the state of it. Waiting to hear back from Great Offer Stock to resolve the issue since our replacement choice was sold out.

We were glad to find a square umbrella that tilts. It matches our design aesthetic very well and keep us in the shade when we are by the pool. The quality is great but you will need a cover for it to keep it clean and extend the life of the umbrella.

This gray square shaped umbrella is the perfect size to shade our outdoor bar. It's sturdy and lays nicely against the house. The quality is better than I expected, it shipped quickly and the color goes with everything.

Replacing a cheapy one I bought. My back patio area is breezy and the old umbrella always tipped over in the wind. This one has stood strong! Looks good, easy to open and close and has a convenient Velcro tab to really close it down if necessary.

This is a great umbrella for shade!!! Bright and cheery! It also can bend to help block the sun. It really makes a big difference in the entire look of your patio.

This umbrella is very easy to open and close. It's withstood some strong winds and a few thunder storms. I regret that I failed to spray a UV protectant on because it faded a bit in the blistering TX sun. Recommend applying the protectant to the top side before installing it. My guests love it and it looks great on a sunny deck. Provides great shade.

This umbrella is sturdy and a wonderful gray color. Easy to open, close and tilt.

I bought this umbrella a month ago based on posted reviews. It is very this fabric but within weeks the fabric faded drastically so it's now two tone in all the folds and we have had very little sun (gray days and rain) so assume this summer the color will change even more. Have to toss it out. Total waste of money. Don't buy this!! This is my first bad review of a product it's so bad don't want anyone else to experience this disappointment.

Very difficult to Tilt the Umbrella. The feature that helps it tilt is a bit high up on the pole, and even with help, you will need a ladder to reach it! By the way, I am a 5'10" female and as I said, it is up rather high on the umbrella pole. I doubt I would by this brand again.

We love, love , love our umbrella. It's easy to open and close and easily withstands the winds. The color is exactly as pictured. I would definitely buy it again.
